game is not working

i'm a new player and i'v downloaded the game but still nothing will an experienced player or a new player help me please????????????????????
i'm a noob and i show it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Think you need to extract/unzip the files.
    Double click on the exe and install to your pc.
    After it is installed it will connect to the internet and update all the patches.
    You still have awhile to go yet....take a long time to update.
