How to Upgrade??

Hey guys, I've been playing PW for a week going on now, and I wanna know, how do I get from a normal equip, to a 5starred 4 sock, and how do I level my equips??

Also, how do I tell the quality of an item??

    when you need to fix your items you will get a box on the right of your screen. mostly your equpi depends on where you put tou attribute points, hope i helped :D
