Archer Stat Build?

As there is no sticky for that strangely, I thought I'd ask for everyone's builds with their pro's and con's so that some starting archers will know how to play it out.

Personally, I was thinking of the Pure Dex(All dex only str as much as you need for armor...which type?) What do you think?

    because thers no sticky this gets asked at least daily, but thers lots of info in other threads, all dex is good.

    Mosz, you seem to be answering a LOT of archer questions. How about you do a nice Archer FAQ with some objective information :)? Like it is with other classes?

    I read a hybrid build
    so that each level you get 1 str 1 vit 2 Dex
    gives engough strenght to equip light armor
    some vit for survival and the dex for dmg

    i think you should try out what is best. Or make a char over and over to see what is best...
    anyway i'm downloading the game 48% :( going to make an archer aswell. Best i do think is dex cuz my cousin has the stats also.

    Ive tested a few diff builds heres my opinion on them..

    Full Dex build: base Vit, base Magic, 5 str more than your lvl, the rest in Dex: this is my current build and I enjoy it, although it makes you slightly weaker against Mage classes

    Dex/Vit build: depending on your choices i wouldnt go more than 50 vit, so on every even lvl I would put 1 str and 4 dex, every odd lvl 1 vit, 1 str, 3 dex, this build seemed to work well to although I still prefer the full dex build for pvp/pk
