Archer growth recommendations??

AdvanceNote: NEWBIE.

meh, i am like around level 5 currrently.
Figured it would be best to ask right about now,
in what style should i 'grow' my archer? that is which would give me some of the most satisfactory results?
also, recommend me weapons and stuff.
PS: No use recommending stuff u need to use actually money for...that is $. 'Cuz i can't do that ._.
EDIT: By growth i meant stat upgrades and skill upgrades and so forth..o-o;
