Account Banned (reason being banned region)

Hiya all.....This is Hashem here....

Last night my account got banned.......it just said "you have been booted". So, i tried logging on today and now it says Invalid username and password. I tried to log in to the forum, it says your account is banned. The only option i got in the mail was to reply the customer service through "ticket", so i did that today morning. I dont have any other idea as to what i should do as i been playing this game for over 2 months now and now out of nowhere my account has been banned. I live in UAE.

Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I got banned also got the same messages he did, tell him the ticket is basically useless. But to be sure on how long tell him to put 'log in issues' and then go down to title put 'Banned' and write stuff asking why n how long ect. They will email him and it will say why n how long, Basically first time you get banned it will be 3 days. Personally when it said invalid I presumed I spelt something wrong so I tried 3 times n checked my email, said I was temporarily suspended. They need to work on this banning system, Either Ingame warning from a GM thats online or a email saying we are recieving complaints of this n this, If this continues it will result in a ban. Then when they ban you, when you try to log in it should say 'Your account has been banned for 3 days for the following reason: Swearing/Harassment'. My opinion though, Just tell your friend to check his email n send in a ticket. Also they shouldn't allow people to send in SS(Screen shots) as evidence, If the issue wasn't handled at that moment its the GM/Mods fault for not dealing with it. Screen shots can also easly be editted to alter proof, Also need a better report system. Alot of people are not going to go through the trouble of finding a ticket to send in, Easier if you guys hired Moderators to monitor the World chat and recieve reports of harrassment. Alot of people would volunteer for it, no need to pay them. No special abilities that would ruin the game really, GM reads over the bans and chat logs every week to verify that these bans are legit not a rogue mod. Simply.

But hopefully your friend gets unbanned soon, hoping my other file is tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply. The message i get when i try to log in is "Your account has been banned from Perfect World". It doesnt say why and how long till it will last. Moreover, it says its banned because i am logging from banned region. I dont get it, why all of a sudden this banned region came into effect as there were no issue earlier on regarding this. By the way, i did send the ticket in the morning itself. No reply yet.
