Meeting stone got removed?

Sorry this might not be the right place for this question. I went to finish my thanksgiving quest but couldn't find the meeting stone. Has it been removed? But I still have my quest.

u know those stones are inside the lvlv 19 dungeons right?0

on top of website it says NEWS and under that if you hover appears patch notes ( i really dislike this new website feel navigation bar on side and up top, grumble)0 -
