How do I get the craft quest LVL 4

    As far as I know u must be lvl 50+ to start the quest for lvl 4 craftsman and every manufacturing skill, U get a system message to go to the elder and then u have to visit some craftsman in Archosaur, u will have to make 3 2* eq, a belt a ring and a pendant, quite difficult because u will need lots of mats for that, only if u are lucky u will get them with first try.
