No way to defeat boss?

This is in the rebirth dungeon, the 2nd boss. The first time he hit me was actually over 1.7mil dmg.

Is it even possible to defeat him?

    and get better gear




    But seriously I don't know, that looks like the damage that the HH green circles do, and I don't think anyone can survive those.
