New bm skill and questions~~

Hi guys, i was wondering where we could learn the new skill that comes along with the new expansion ?? do we hv to reach specific level to learn that??

And is the damange done by our BM skills physical or magical? could any1 further explain me regarding with the skills of other classes whether they are magical or physical.

    the new skills is for lvl 89+ and are really difficult to get.
    BMs use phys attacks.
    Wizards use magical attack
    Venomancer, same as wiz
    Cleric, Same as Wiz
    Archer, 50/50
    Back.

    Some skills are level 79, and some skills are level 100.

    either way they are HARD to get.
    And expensive.
