Need Help Asap!!!!

My server(sanctaury) has been down a good 5 or 6 hours....at least for me it has
i get a message saying"couldnt connect to server try later"

anyone help me plz???

    Seems to be working fine from here. Have you recently installed new security software, such as an antivirus, firewall, or PeerGuardian? Can you log into any of the other servers?

    yeah, i can log onto the other servers, but all of my characters are on the one....
    i havnt installed any new software AT ALL sincde it went down or even recently...
    someone suggested defragging my comp, but that didnt help.
    Im out of ideas

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Can you check the contents of the C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata\server\serverlist.txt? They should look like, with some slightly better spacing :
    Sanctuary (PVE) 29000:pwigc2.perfectworld.com 4
    Heavens Tear (PVE) 29000:pwigc4.perfectworld.com 3
    Lost City (PVP) 29000:pwigc3.perfectworld.com 5

    hmm well that list (troubleshooting) non of that looks really, anything like my problem... and the programming codes are in the right oder for the servers...

    btw it says, word for word:

    Disconnected from server, please log in again.

    the other severs work...any way to move my chars to another server?
