Unable to Craft?!

Aylward - Sanctuary

I've got the materials on my character, I run over to the blacksmith, select the manufacture weapon option, highlight the weapon I want to forge and the "Start" button is grayed out. Same for all of the other professions except Apothecary.

I've already made 8/10 armor for level 1 Tailoring and I'm 2/10 for Apothecary. However, it's not letting me keep going now.

Have I missed something important here? b:worried

EDIT - Haha. Just realized I'm a total n00b. Didn't realize that the list of equipment I was looking at included gear for crafting levls higher than I am (I was looking at level 2-3 gear and I'm only level 1 still).
