Setting Up Sale Zones

I have seen this done in other games, they only allow you to set up shops in certain parts of towns, im thinking of low traffic areas, and away from NPC's because im getting tired of my computer slowing down when I enter towns.

I hate going to the main towns because theres so many shops, so I have been sticking to the minor gatherings
