Game Problem

Hey all, I've got a slight problem...I was playing my main character when the game exited on me and I received a bug report form to file my bug...I filled it, and restarted...finding that I could log in as any other character except for that one. If I tried to use my main one, then I could get all the way to the 'select character' screen, click start, and then it would crash. Does anyone know why/how to fix it?

    Run a Verify from the Launcher, and update your graphics drivers if relevant. While loading into that character, press and hold the W key.
