How do I start playing?!

Hi, I'm new to PWI, I just downloaded, extracted, and then checked folders, it's all good! I want to make a player on the Server: Sanctuary, what do I do to get there? Thanks for helping! b:pleased

    =.=.... download frm internet, extract your files, install the game, patch the game , log in, have fun...
