hi, i can log on the site but when i try to log in the server it say that account or password is incorrect plz help me :3

    Can you tell us what server names you see? You should be choosing between Heaven's Tear, Lost City, and Sanctuary. If you don't see those names, you've downloaded the client for an entirely different game. Please get one of the official download sources.

    If you do see the right servers, check that your username (NOT nickname) and password are being spelled correctly, and that your caps lock is not active. If that still doesn't work, try changing your password and trying both the new and old passwords.
