Duke Black told me that someone is selling it in Anglere's village,since it wasnt really expensive about 2k i think,i bought it,but dont know what to do with it now

    its only used in 2 quests a lvl 4x? and a low 7x one i believe

    Hey b:bye I am infact doing that quest as we speak :P
    I am lvl 37 and I got the quest from Heaven's Tear (In the sky at approx height 42@467, 567) I am to go to Lady Wu to get instructions to go and buy the Wine, and then bring wine back to Lady Wu to get a book from her to bring back to Heaven's Tear person (Forget his name, celestial recluse i think) Anyway, I had to kill 40 Cloud Dancers (from Celestial Elder or Recluse?) first in order to get the order to get the wine, got the wine at from the Foreign Monk (639, 831; Anglers Village)...
