quest for heavenwear fragments

i have been doing the quest perfect wear for the celestial recluce and have killed everybit of 150 tauroc commanders trying to get the quest items and only have 3 i think this is some major bs it should never take this long so can anyone hlp me with this issue because im sure noticing that the gms dont respond when u send them complaint i have now sent 5 and still nobody gets back with me so im coming on here to loook for hlp

i think its pretty crappy that nobody has replied to my question and seeing as i have to beat this quest to get past the time of having no quest plz someone hlp and give me some sort of answer i have also already trashed it once and restarted it so i have no i dea wats going on with it.

HeavenWear Fragments Droprate is 30%. Thus by law of averages, you should have 45 fragments for 150 tauroc commanders.
Hence, you must be really unlucky or there is a bug.

But first you must make sure that you are the one doing the most damage or getting the last hit on the monster.
Or else its next to impossible for the fragment to drop
My friend did it with a party.
Took 2 hours to get 15 fragments
I did it solo and im done in 45 mins.
Also your level plays a part in the drop-rate
Most preferably, you should attempt this quest around lvl 50 to 54
Which give you the optimal killing speed and highest droprates
