Can't Log one char?

I was questing yesderday and i randomly got kicked off. I tried to log back on and i couldn't but its only one char i can't log onto to. My main. Everytime i try to log i get kicked off and an error pops up i cant read. BUT i can log onto my other chars...

    Please update your graphics drivers, and hold the W key while logging into that character. If the problem persists, you may need to place a support ticket.
