Inv. Extention Stone problem

i bought a Inventory Extension Stone and got the quest from the banker, handed the stone and finished the quest but i didn't get 40 slots even thouh it said "exteneded to 40 slots", mines still 32b:cry

how can i fix this or do i have to do something else?

nvm stupid scroll in inventory >.<

    Hello,

    When you are looking at your in game inventory, do you see a scroll bar on the bottom right of that window? When you use the inventory extension stone, the window size does not change and instead your new line of inventory is accessible via the scroll bar that appears. If that is not there, please contact us at http://support.perfectworld.com and submit a ticket to the billing department. We can further assist you with this issue there.
