Situation with Zen

I made 2 accounts and the 2nd account i made is the one i use but i didnt delete the other one. So i bought a bunch of Zen and it went onto my first account that i dont use. Is there any way to transfer? Or is it possible to buy something, drop it, then pick up on my main account? I also didnt see the option on the Zen charge site how to give it to a certain account

    Zen purchases are tied to what username you're logged into, at the time that you are/were logged in. Most cash shop items can be dropped, mailed (item mails have a one-hour delay), or traded.

    The Ticketing and Support people may be able to help you, but I'm not sure if they're willing or even able to make transfers of item mall currency.
