Cash item to modify chars?

Hello all :)
Please, two quick questions:
When you make a new char, it lets you modify how it looks for a day(?) but then afterward locks it, and wont let you unless you use a cash shop item.
So,
1) can you get a cash shot item to edit what your char looks like after a day and; if so,
2) will that item allow you to modify the char to the extent that it will let you change the sex(male/female) of the char?

I really like my archer and my cleric, but am hoping to switch them- right now the cleric is male and the archer is female... and i would like the male be the archer and the female the cleric... but i dont want to start new chars over... :/

    you have 3 days to modify the way a character looks after you create it. After that it is locked.

    You can buy makeover scrolls from the CS. The makeover scrolls only change the appearence. There is no way to change the sex of a toon once it is made, nor to switch the class.
