Enhancing Armour and Weapon?

Is it worth it for venomancers to use celestones and shards on thier armour and weapon? If so what kind of shards should be used?

    P.def or Hp for robe users, Hp for all others.

    Weapons should have either m.atk, wood elemental (any elemental might do?), p.atk or accuracy depending on what build you are.

    I used MP shard for armor (Arcane). And Mag Atk for weapon...
