PvP Ranking Suggestion

Hello, just wanted to post a suggestion that I have in mind regarding the new PvP Ranking System. In the current system, we can climb up our ranking by killing someone who is 50 levels below you, as long as their name is not blue b:surrender
And I don't think the new system is inputed to encourage us to gank the lowbies right? So why don't we add in something like, if you kill someone who is 10+ levels below your level, you don't get the kill in the ladder system. That way our high levels won't be hunting lowbies to climb up their ladder in pvp rank b:thanks

You are right, sir. A penalty should be added, like If you kill someone that is 10 lvs lower than you, you will lose 1 point @ the ranking. If you kill someone that is 20 lvs lower than you, 2 point. 30's... 3 points, and so on.
