Heaven's Trial - level 58 quest

It ask to extract Token of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. I think they are inside FB59. but do it need to kill mobs in FB59 to get the items? I am afraid I would not be able to finish the quest if I use wines. and also, is there any other quests require me go in FB59?
