i need help plzzzzzzzz..... my northen seriutycenter and McAffe is expired so they cant stop it so wat can?

    Have you checked Windows Firewall?`

    its on. i turn it off and press ok but it says its on but when i prees to turn it off it say its off??????

    ok i went on controlpannle and than securitycenter it says fire wall is on so at the bottom i click on windows firewall and pop up comes up and it says on or off so i tick off and click ok but it still says on????????????????????????????
