    I believe they'll only be releasing a new PvP server when the server load and population becomes too great for the Lost City server to hold. And I don't think that has happened yet.

    there's an expansion thats coming out.

    and i believe that is why the special date of the extra EXP gain starts on December 3rd.

    They want us to be strong enough to fight new monsters lol

    why not open a third PvE server? both servers usually have high traffic

    This is most likely what will happen. There's just not enough demand to warrant a second PvP server at this time.

    i think it would be great to open any new server!! its just so over crowded...
    me and like 14 of my friends are waiting for it were we can move here from "WAR". looks like it might be a while..
