Updating...??

When i try to do the new patch, it comes up with Game Version:29. The blue bar slightly up, and the yellow bar full and below it says Updating Files.... elements.data

And it just keeps going back to that and it fails. What do i do?

Try Manually Patching it. Thats what I had to do.
