I have tried to deal with this the following ways:

1. Re-download / Re-install / Re-patch / Re-verify using all three download methods.
2. Re-installed directx 9.0c

Here is a picture:

That's an odd one. Can you rename the (assuming default installation directories) C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata to userdata_old, and then do a verify from the Launcher?

If that doesn't work, please list the following fields from a DXDIAG:
System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:
    Approx Total Memory:

Display Tab - driver box -
    Main Driver :
    Version :
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run).

Please do not use any symbols other than alphanumerics, commas, and periods.

That's funky indeed. It's not likely, but you may wish to grab a newer video driver. The latest for your chip is 7.14.10.1504. You can get it from Intel by clicking this sentence. The one you have installed is about a year old. Though, granted, the newest is from February... b:cry

If that doesn't work, the problem's probably pretty eccentric. Try the Ticketing and Support folk, reference this thread, and attach as a file a DXDIAG log.

Have you tried using the Verify button from the launcher? Or, if that doesn't work, try deleting or renaming the element\userdata\SystemSettings.ini file in your Perfect World directory.

Reply sent. I don't think thatyour EEE PC 901 can run the game, and you do not have enough hard drive space for your Windows to run swap files and virtual memory properly.
