steps in using zen?

I bought $50 worth of zen. How do I use it in the item shop? I looked thru the posts, but could not get it to work. Could someone please tell me step by step how I can finally purchase the items. Thanks.b:sad

did you transfer your zen to your server after you purchased it? on the website (the my wallet overview page) where you purchased the zen, you should see at the bottom two drop down boxes where you first select your server then select the amount you want to transfer.

if you're logged into the game you'll have to log out and log back in again for your zen to show up. just click on the cash shop and you should see your 50 zen amount then just click on the items you want to buy.
