sparks???

when i came to lvl29 yesterday i could get some lots of new skills. (so i did get some :P )
But the new skills i got now requires sparks... what are "sparks" and where or how can i get those "sparks". There is no text to read what it means.
Can someone explain it to me? thnx.

    Sparks are where you get 100 chi, that 100 chi is converted into a spark, I don't know the maximum amount, but that should pretty much answer your question.
