Quick question: What are the differences between the two? and Which do you view as better?

    It really doesn't matter. Level 17 one gets slightly better stats than the level 18 one when they're equal level, and the level 18 one gets slightly better speed. Not enough difference to change anything really. Just pick whatever you like and go with it.

    Better skills you mean. The Level 18 one supposedly has an extra skill or something, so people get it to save money.
