ZEN not complete 4 hrs later

PLEASE Help. I purchased ZEN with paypal over 4 hours ago. Paypal transaction was completed immediately and I still do not have my zen. It still says suspended on the wallet. I have submitted a ticket and have yet to receive an email or any kind of correspondence. Please help me. I was planning to get married today. Please help.

    The ticketsystem is your only option as we can NOT discuss zen issues on the forum sorry.
