Cant log in ;(

I downloaded client once again and patch<1-40> and everytime i try to log in i can see just as usually window with username and password. But when im typing this information another window pops up-unable to connect, and all serves are "
". It cant be my internet connection because ive never had such problem like this before. Then whats the problem? I would like to receive answer as soon as possible. :(

    You got any programs such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Peeguardian etc? Please make sure they allow you to connect to port 29,000.

    I checked that. Its not the cause:( Any other ideas?:(

    Have you tried a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher?

    Ok im gonna reinstall the game and I'll verify files ^^ Let u know if that worked ;)

    You don't need to reinstall. Just start the launcher and verify from there.

    Anyway I reinstalled game and chose manual patcher;/ Now its even worse ;/ When i press PW icon theres info: Update server connection fails.Please try other update server..and i cant see PW site on the right side too:( <Navigation to the webpage was cancelled> :/ Pls help :(

    Tried. Its the same. I give up for PW i have tried to fix it but I dont know what happened;/ When it was patch 1-35 it was ok but after i have problems:/

    There is definetly something wrong with the connection so maybe they can help better as it just started with the new patch.

    Thank u for ur answers. i send one ticket yesterday.I'll try with it. Its important for me, as I am 62 lvl, i spend a lot of time for it, It would be very dissapointing if I couldnt play anymore :(
