Green Attribute Points?

After I logged in after the update was installed tonight I noticed that two of my skills (vitality and magic) are now green? Is there a reason for this? Is it just because they are above a certain number?

    They are green because they have a + from your armor or weapon.

    --Any attribute statistic will be highlighted Green in the Character pane when affected by items.
