Should I blame gm for glich?

For some strange reason my game acts up and laggs like crazy when m at broken bow buff in game.
So twice in a row on my cleric i go after a white eye'd wolfkin mob and nothing happens.
The monster just stays there,3 seconds later my characters dead.After getting resurected i tried running towards a mob to kill (in game) and my game say's "disconnected form server" while every character around me was running around and moving like it was normal.My cleric got attacked by the wolf i didn't even hurt it (in game) even though I hot key the atk button on it.So it said i d/c and when i logged back on my elf I was still dead.and so I teleported to town very angry.
I never experianced this before untill now.When i disconnected from game and typed in username and password.it didn't send me to character selection screen it sended me back to my elf who was dead on floor.
besides this being a problem from time to time my game crashes and freezes every few minutes and world chat is green and pink sometimes.I have been on this game all day on different character but when I came back on my elf character.This time I cant even select players and mobs yet everything around me is running...the characters are fighting mobs/people can chat with me.My character just gets aggrode and i cant even move or atk or run away.I made 6 characters and non of them have this problem.I would call it my problem but my internet seems ok and my game functions right.All day I've had this problem I just logged out to whine about it in the forums.Broken Bow Bluff is a death trap to my elf character
he cant move or do skills on character or monsters and freezes when he gets attacked even though everything around it is running fine.
There is a HALPS IM STuCK button in game but this problem seems to be bigger than that.

This probably belongs to the report bugs thread but this problems only on my elf.ppl always complain BBB is a laggy place to be but i suffer mroe from it than them. b:chuckle
