How to transfer items and money?

In most games i can transfer money and items through the banks but in this game I can't seem to do that. How do I transfer items?

    However, in spite of limitations it is by far the safest method available for transfer of items between characters on the same account.

    Note: it is possible to transfer Money at the same time as a single item without affecting cost or arrival time.

    Of course if you want to do it the not so safe way then get a friend to take your stuff, then switch characters and get it back. Of course PWI probably won't do anything if your "friend" robs you blind so its not recommended. The only other way besides that and mailing is to create two accounts and use two computers to do it.
