"Suspended"?

I'm not sure why, but under the transaction info. for Perfect World's ZEN system,
under detail it says "Suspended".

I thought it was because I didn't wanna give my address out on the ZEN profile.
I just changed it now to the proper one so it might work, but...
When I tried to pay earlier, it said the same thing as well, and when I checked
the earlier transaction it says it was refunded.
Why is it doing this ?

Zen issues can not be talked about on the forum by GM's as it is a private issue please send in a ticket to support.
