Avatars the same

I'm pretty sure this belongs here, since I consider it a bug; all the avatars except mine look exactly the same for some reason. when I click on them they have different faces. My friend said she sees everyone fine, but all I see are a bunch of clones running around :\ any way to fix this?

    Please press (while ingame) on system then system settings. In the new window click on "UI" in there you will find a box labelled "Customising" (Or something like that) click on the box then apply and comfirm the whole thing.
