Important - Main account can't log in

GM. i've encounter my account has been ban/**** without any single notice. I'm been playing all these time after my computer reboot and i can't login anymore. My main account game name is Xiaoxue. This is my new account which i can send a forum here to you. Please let me know what has happen to my account?
