GM, i'm Xiaoxue. I need your help on my account after my computer reboot i can't login to my account. it's say invalid user or password. i been playing since all the time and i have never receive a single email from GM.

    I doubt it was banned or you would have got an E-mail explaining why. Please check for spelling (Capslog maybe?), if that doesn't work try changing your password here on the forum then using first your old then your new password.
