awkward skills bar?

So the PW skill bar is VERY weird for me because it uses F1-F8 instead of the normal numbers 1-8. Is there a way to change this? And are the numbers 1-8 reserved for something else?

    Hint.... you can customize the bars ^^

    Put attack skills on 1-6, put pots and other misc skills on F1-F8.b:victory

    Keys 1-6 are linked to the Vertical Hotbar. Both bars can have their positions moved, and their orientations switched by clicking the green circle with arrows on it at the edge of the Hotbar.
