hi i started my veno 3 days ago and im lvl 27 now. so far i have 2 pets and slots used my pets are my crys magmite i named rocky and my other is a lvl 25 Forest Hornet. I was wondering first what lvl is the pet bag quest the collect fruit one. I can easily get fruit in my healer no problem. Cuz i really dont wanna get hay that to me just a pain in the but 3 slots will be fine for me. The other question i like to ask is whats the best water pet to get i currently 27 and does not have one yet becuase of the bag issue needing a 3rd slot. Also i hate my forest hornet lol everytime i run with him he gets stuck in the ground and doesnt wanna follow me b:laugh any idea what pet to get for flying too i really dont wanna get a petite swat fly and train close to 10 lvls. If anyone can give me advice i really appreciate it thanks

and one thing both my hornet and my magmite rocky is up to my current lvl

and another note i do not have patience to catch a rare pet hehe and hard to make money as is so wont buy one.

your hornet is a higher level of the petite sawfly (and equivalent, lvl 8 flies).

so if you want markedly better stats, you better go retame a lvl 8 one and grind it up...

or, wait till 34 and get a pinnear foxwing. those have a bit higher mdef, and are a bit faster, but otherwise the sawfly is better.

EDIT: woops i guess you won't be training up a sawfly. you know, you won't get a flying quest until lvl 30+ (since you can't fly before then =P), and by then, you should be able to catch a foxwing. its probably the best bet for you.

for water pets: i say don't bother reserving a spot for them.

just catch one, and keep it as an egg (either an undine or a turtle, the vast majority of them are tamable. note you need to catch the lvl...27? or something higher undine, as the other ones don't swim)

use it for whatever underwater mob you need to kill, then catch one of that mob =P (or something closer to your level). and ditch the old one.

if you really want a water pet...you can get a lvl 5 shallowhirl tortoise (or equivalent), who when leveled has ridiculous defensive stats. better than the golem.
