where are the lvl 20 rare bears found?
and do they spawn directly on the coordinates?

    they spawn on the coordinates. at least, if you stand on the coords, you will be able to see it if it spawns.

    however, given its a 12 hour spawn, and every veno on the planet is camping it...

    your chances of seeing it are low.
