All that i know about him ( and i can't be sure about it) is that
respawn time: once a month,
spawn place: dragon wilderness
stats: huge amount of HP. lvl 60, tamable
if some1 knows more about it, pls provide us some info

    Never seen it but i can tell you that the screen shot appears to be from another version of this game...
    So maybe it doesn't even exist here

    it looks like the khatu pups that appear in every city.

    would be nice to catch one, but looking in pwdatabase, it doesn't seem to exist/be tamable.

    unless its the "mother of the den" but, i'm not sure what that is.

    That actually wasn't supposed to be in the game. It got removed by admins after a few months.

    Apparently it's only supposed to spawn with certain events, not sure what though.
