At lv 60 I went to the Count Misfortune but he didn't actually gave me the quest to kill Mantavip Scout.
Do I need to wait until lv 61 to get this quest? Or am I lacking something? I have all other 6 pieces.

    I need to finish FB59 before I can get this quest.
