"Refugee" from PW-MY here

Hi, all...this is my first post.

I had a lvl 50 character on PW-Malaysia about a year ago.
She had item mall fashion, mount etc and here I am downloading the International version to start a character from scratch.

Why?

Because after traveling for a month and moving, I could not log into my account for some reason and after 9 MONTHS of getting ignored and jerked around by "customer service" and not receiving any help, I've given up and here I am.

I hope PW international is better than what I've experienced on PW Malaysia.

Simply the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
EVER.

I'm in the same boat as you slinka, can't log into pw-my or cubizone. Kinda sucks as I still have about 50 bucks worth of cubis in my account and was wanting to see some of the new cash shop items before I bought them here.

I last logged in there about 9 months ago, so maybe they sent something out to email that I never got. Either that or they delete inactive accounts, who knows... To your point though, the customer service here is 100 times better than that of pw-my from what I've seen. Just be prepared to get used to new city names, item names, npc names, material names, etc. Rosalind and Eunice are no longer Rosalind and Eunice =(
