General BM Skill Questions

So, I started a Fist BM and currently she's up to level 34. Very fun, but I'm at the point where I only have enough SP to level 1 or 2 skills per level. I know what I'm going to do when it comes to the Fist skills. So, I just need some advice on general BM skills.

First, the leap skills. Tiger Leap and Leap Back. Are they worth investing in? I have both at level 1 for experimentation, but I haven't really found a use for either. Maybe I'm just not using them right or they only really become useful later on.

Now, Fan of Flames. It's the first AoE we Fist BMs get. I know it only hits in front, but it's a long 10 levels before we get Cleaving Splash or whatever its called. Is Fan of Flames worth the SP or should I wait till Cleaving Splash and Cyclone Heel?

    I can't tell you much about Fan of Flames, I'm still up in the air on that one myself, but as for the 2 jump skills, I can't see a use for more than one level in them. I almost never use the backwards leap but the the forward one comes in handy for chasing down archers and other ranged mobs that try to kite you. the 10-ish meter jump level 1 gives you seems to be just the right distance, if I had more skill points in it I'm worried that I would over-jump my target.
