Good PvP and PvE Build?

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could tell me a good build for PvPing and Leveling. I would like to know what stats I should put my 5 points into per level up.

    what do you mean with pvp?....tw,pk or duels

    i would recommend you pure int.
    so 9 points into int 1 into str.
    you have to be careful in pve and you must kite but then youll do fine and lvl fast

    I'm pure, not so much kiting, most of the time mob dies before it can hit :D *makes "wiiii" sound* xD

    but at the beginning youll mostly need to kite
