It is the weekend and I suspect they have normal working hours just as everyone else does. Please be patient they will answer you.

Also even though this is the wrong place to post this (I suspect gattsuru will move this to a new thread)...
Do you have any things with more then 2.8GHz near your computer and router such as a cordless phone or microwafe? If so try moving them.

The PWE staff aim for a turn around time within 24 hours, but can not guarantee it. Please be patient, especially on weekends. Also, be sure to check your e-mail account's spam folders, as some providers like AOL, Hotmail, and Comcast are known to flag PWE messages as spam.

As noted, if you're on a wireless connection, please consider moving to a wired one, or check for 2.4 Ghz interference sources such as microwaves, cordless phones, or even some car alarms. If possible, update your wireless card's software and drivers, and it uses specialized connection software consider allowing Windows to control Wireless connections.

If you are running over wired connections, especially if you have a discrete router and modem, please contact your ISP for further information, and detail to them your symptoms. You may need to switch your modem to bridge mode.
