What are they for and how much are they worth?

    They're used to upgrade weapons at the Elder, or for some event quests like the Cube of Fate. They can be used to power Accelerates, although that's incredibly inefficient. Prices are... quite variable, but I've see 25k-30k pretty often. Check the values on your server, though, as Lost City's probably a bit different than the normal servers.

    I saw some people buying for 30k and such though another question I thought of is whether I can use them at level 11 or should I wait and use on a better weapon?

    It's up to you, but I'd personally wait. A level 4 weapon might only last you a few hours, at most.

    on Lost City.... mirages generally sell for 40-50k each. people try to buy for 30k each..
